Nice Hub !!

But ,

I do believe that it's made of 100% real steel .

Which is very appropriate since the city of Sheffield has been so famous , past couple of centuries , for its fine steel ! Fine Sheffield steel carving knife sets are still very expensive .

So yes , that front hub is made of alloys . But it's alloys of steel , not alloys of aluminum ( aluminium ) .

And although it could possibly be very-very old , if I had to guess , I'd guess maybe 1969 .

Anybody know more about the name Sheffield , as a company , not just a big city ?
