The adjusting bolts are 3 mm x 0.5. Derailer hanger is 10 mm x 26 tpi, but 10 mm x 1 mm is so close as to be interchangeable for such a short thread run (that's a 25.4 mm pitch, vs 26 even.)
This is _not_ a standard metric thread, and you won't find such a tap
in a hardware store, but better bike shops can supply them. We stock
