Stevan Thomas raises a good point that the beast has Bocama lugs (and Steve knows a lot, lot more about bikes than I). Still, iirc, some of the late 70's Interclubs had those dropouts and indifferent tubing (Durifort?), so the frame may not even be 531. The parts on it consistent with the Interclub, not one of the 531 models.
