Subject: [CR]Parts Pantry

Hi Mike,

What a great idea to create a list like you have suggested! The weather is pretty hard on bikes here in Toronto, and I tend to keep a lot spares on hand, as I like to have the parts on hand before they're needed.

My list would add to yours: (in no particular order) 5) loose bearings for headset, bb, hubs, pedals 6) gear cables and brake cables, and housing, cable end caps 7) Chainrings, chains, cogs 8) Derailleur pulleys 9) Handlebar tape 10) Tires, Tubes, rim tape or tubular glue 11) Chainring bolt, various nuts and bolts, 5 and 6mm 12) Spokes, lengths for front, left rear, right rear

I will summarize if I get alot of off list responses too.

So, the question is. What should every one have in their pantry for the long

haul? Looking at small parts I guess and it is highly dependent on what we ride of course.
