It has been a while since I looked closely at a Cinelli badge (and a long time since I had a Cinelli bicycle) so can anyone tell me if the badge has a strike (embossed profile) or is flat. If you were to repaint a badge, would you be filling in depressions (like cloisonne) or simply painting on a flat (but curved) surface?
