The stoker drive crank is normal. The captain RH arm is a left arm, but with RH pedal threading. Both LH (called timing) arms are drive arms with LH pedal threading. Most, if not all, are otherwise standard crankarms. A true, purposeful tandem crankset would have it's own offset, rather than just being normal forgings with longer BB spindle lengths.
