I currently have a dispute with a sale on eBay.The cycle arrived with a
stress fracture at the head tube-(real junk) that was not disclosed..Not only
did I buy from a verified seller I also paid with a credit card through
paypal.About a month has passed and paypal has not finished their investigation. The
charge is in dispute with the credit card. No resolve yet.
