Hi Ann,
I was born in '62, grew up in the late 60s early 70s, loving (as most kids around here did) "Krate" bikes. When I started racing in 1980 I was only interested in then-current bikes. I started collecting about 1997, but rather than an interest in 1980s racers or old Krates, my real joy has become lightweights from the 40s and 50s, built before I was born.
