As seen on this bike on ebay (dia compe braze-on centerpulls): http://ebay.com/<blah>

i have 27 lbs of weinmann & dia compe 610 centerpulls in my garage. the only difference between a weinmann caliper and a dia compe caliper is the fact that the weinmann springs wrap 2x at the maximum, and dia compes wrap 3x at the maximum. both springs terminate without bending, like coiled rope laying flat. Otherwise, weinmann and dia-compe differ only in badging and brake pads.

The brakeset in the picture clearly has 3x wrap, like dia compe, but the termination does not lay flat, it goes into hole inserts. This is not a normal dia-compe spring.

This is not a 1970's era dia-compe caliper. You can see a beveled area between the mounting bolt and the pad bolt that is atypical.
