> Yesterday there was some brief talk about inch pitch chains. They are hard
to find and usually pricey. So here is a tip. I just helped the maintenance
guys at work repair a salt throwing machine on one of the trucks using an
inch pitch x 3/32 chain obtained from a local lawn tractor business. We
stopped in, picked up about 200+ links from a large roll and paid $20 and
got a couple master links included. So if you are looking for a quick "fix"
block chain for low bucks, take your cogs down and size em up.
