Subject: [CR]HS spacers & keyed washers

Having discovered that a fork I was going to use on the Bianchi TSX-UL I am finally building up after buying it in 1997 was cut too short, I am resolved not to make the same mistake on a new fork I am installing. I've added the largest HS spacer I can without it looking ridiculous. This brings up a question. When using an HS spacer, especially a large one, and a keyed washed, should the keyed washer be placed next to the adjustable cup or next to the locknut? Or does it not matter at all?
