Garlattis were built in Parma, and the bike on eBay is consistent with the the other chunky lugged gas pipe Garlattis I've seen. A previous owner of the eBay Garlatti had a bunch of decals and a burning desire to use them all. Jay Van de Velde Seal Beach, CA --
