I suspect a fair number of frame builders have the tool, so ask around. I was once chatting with John Hollands about those Mavic BBs and he said that he bought the tool expecting to install a fair number of the BBs. But over the years he's installed 1 or 2. (I forget the exact figure he mentioned but it was less than 3). Then he said that the tool was so expensive he decided to keep it, nevertheless. I imagine that's a common story with long time frame builders who also did a fair number of repairs. Best regards, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia
