Nearly all Masis built in CA were built "by committee". So when someone says that "Mario built their bike" what they are actually meaning is that Mario was there when it was built and he brazed it in all likelyhood. Why is the size and serial number missing from the BB? Sometimes that indicates a repair. Obviously the bike has been repainted and a bunch of braze-ons added. Personally, bikes done like this don't have any appeal to me on account of a non-original look. Doesn't do anything for me.
