Bryon,
I'd drill two small holes in each cap and insert an adjustable pin spanner
and turn away. If you don't have the adjustable spanner, try needle nose
pliers, etc. WD-40, Liquid Wrench, etc., before attempting this is always wise. If
you drill the holes neatly, I'd reuse the caps until new ones surfaced.
