I was a bit of an animal on bike stuff and never had a problem with OMAS stuff. Love the stuff and we are just waiting for a pile of this stuff to show up!

Eric- I tend to agree with Jerry's input. However, I diverge a bit when it comes to the AL-alloy quality used by OMAS. It was certainly not as hard as Campy, GPM, let alone Shimano or Suntour of that era. I found out the hard way that you could scratch the surface of crank arms merely by using your fingernail.
