Well......................Here in Holland...............The Drug policies of the Dutch has a lot to do with arrival of packages arriving to a U.S address. We only learned of this after putting a few Dutch postal workers through the ''GRINDER!''. Well they have this attitude ''WELL THAT'S THE WAY IT IS!''......''HEY I'M NOT DUTCH AND I WANT SOME ANSWERS AS TO WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR PACAKAGES TO ARRIVEE TO THEIR FINAL U.S DESTINATIONS! Your book states 8 to 12 days for a package that was posted with ''Standard mail!'' And now your telling me the avarage is 16 days!................But I'm told by the majority of my U.S customers that they are seeing their packages in 3 to 4 weeks. So who's telling a ''BIG LIE!''..................You bunch of cup cakes, we're dropping well over 40K a year with shipping and this is the best you can tell me, we'll that's not going to do. They got on the horn with the U.S Postal service! Answer, Do to the Dutch policies on DRUGS! All packages arriving into the U.S with DUTCH orgins are seeing some very Heavy U.S customs controls, no spot checks but ''ALL!'' packages are being checked. And I think Holland being the worlds # 1 producer and world supplier of the Drug ''EXTESSY!''' has a lot to do with these delays as well. In the past the U.S has approached Holland about helping to stem the flow of this drug.........Not much help there! But then again some packages are arriving in good time.

Also, Holland is the only other country other than that of Canada that does have a fully operational office of the U.S customs.

My 2 cents.

BC Baron C...................And the gang!! Eindhoven Holland............................Where we have big problems with DOG POOP! Another story for another day!
