The seller of this bike claims about 1000 miles. My general thought is that since the parts can be replaced, it is hard to judge miles on a bike by the components unless the group and frame year are closely matched which supports the originality. But, in this bike's case, I think the wheels might be the original, or at least original with the group. In listmembers opinion, about how many miles does it take to show the wear points on the rims at the spokes as shown in the pictures of this bike? I don't think I've ever seen wear like seen on the rear wheel in only a thousand miles. Also, it is always interesting to find a bike that has a different headset and bb from what the rest of the group is showing. This usually implies that there was a swap out of parts at some time, meaning that even more miles were seen before the current group was installed. Again, my question is about estimating miles based on wear on the rims. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
