can't even do better than a seven-year time span for the year the bike was
built. What little I know of Ross bikes suggests that this is probably a

I have a Kellogg built Ross (#09 01 076) and I believe Charlie Young has one as well? Joe B-Z has a Redcay Ross, if I recall, so perhaps we can share some information?
The later built Taiwan Signature frames were not all that bad (I had one), but certainly did not have the lug work that my Kellogg has.
I'll take a look at the one on eBay and get back.
