Haggis is a grand delicacy and the national dish of Scotland. It is actually the heart, lung and liver of a sheep stuffed into an Oxens appendix together with grits, onions and lard. Yum! Great with beets and taters. Very off topic!

While I´m at it, I´d like a Ciocc, too, please. Thank you!
