Thanks to Morgan Fletcher, I've posted photos taken on Sunday at Velo Rendezvous IV. Check under "Velorosso's Photos"

Introducing myself, I've been a silent CR lister on and off for at least a couple years, always finding it hard to keep up with the digest.

Have collected/refurbished as a hobby for years, riding lightweights since early high school including an utterly undistinguished racing career 1972-1974. Maybe it was the Raleigh International that slowed me down... During Peter Johnson's talk, he discussed Northern California as a center of racing in the early 70's with international caliber racers, among which I certainly was not.

My interests have always been broad, many bikes come and go, current inventory well above a baker's dozen. Current favorites are an EBISU (see it on Jtensha Studio website), 1972 Mondia Special for errands and a relatively new to me 1974 chrome Paramount P13.

Next is executing a plan to sell-off a bunch to facilitate the step up to an exceptional bike or two. It's hard not to want to do this after seeing such finery in Pasadena.

Enjoyed this, my second VR. No other place to see so many wonderful bicycles, to the point where a Masi GC, Cinelli seems pedestrian (which they surely are not). And the people to share knowledge, and stories.

Wishing to share some, hope you can enjoy some of the images.
