Don

I have original sets of Raleigh decals for Professional, International, Competition and Super Course. I believe the sets are complete, including the Carlton Guy on a bike. I'm quite sure I have 'Made in England'. If you need to borrow any for your project, let me know.

Hi,

I am considering doing a run of Raleigh "International" model name decals for a set of framesets that are being repainted. in fact the standard decals from "Screen Specialties Shop" (sssink.com) aren't very accurate - the serifs are wrong on the letters and the "I" in international is roman and looks like this: "I" rather a script "I" with loops in the original.

If there is interest I will make extra decals for list members. Note that these are NOT full decal sets, they are just the model name, "International" in white script, on a UV-resistant mylar decal, and the price is estimated at $8 (shipped) for a pair (2) white mylar decals of this type. The other decals for a bike of this vintage can be procured from screen specialties by a bona fide frame builder. I might also include a "Made in England" decal if I cannot find a source for these decals.

I intend only to break even on this effort and will drop my prices if there is high demand.

These decals would suit a Raleigh International in the model years 1973-1976. They would be white lettering on mylar film - NOT rub-on transfers like the originals. They will be made using an original pair of NOS transfers as a model, so they should be a perfect reproduction.

Please respond via email if you are interested, and tell me how many sets you are interested in. Thanx,
