These bolts came with the pedals. Replacements were pretty expensive, and not long enough to be used for racks, etc., so they were not commonly stocked. Longer ones for bottle cages and such are often available on eBay at much less than $27, so if you are cheap, like I am, you could get some of those and cut them down. Perhaps the biggest travesty was Schwinn's method of grinding the heads down so that they would fit into the CPSC mandated pedal reflectors they stuck on the Paramounts. The reflectors rendered the flip-up tabs on the pedals useless. I wonder if more people were injured because they couldn't get into the toe clips than were hit from behind because of the lack of reflectors? Probably the same number who escaped impalement on a straight QR skewer after Campy was forced to curve those dangerous things.
I've bought complete sets of Campy pedals in excellent condition for less than $27.
