No, they are not, and no, I don't sell "M" pads on my website. I sell the correct "C" pads, thank you very much. And I didn't get a single one of them from you. I have not purchased a single set of Mathauser pads of any variety from you. I was high bidder on a set of what you said were pads to fit Campy, but were subsequently verified to be "M" pads. We did not conclude that transaction, since the item was not what you said it was. Check your records.

Stop lying now.

All:

I have someone trying to convince me that old Mathauser "M" pads (Mafac) will work just fine in Campy Record holders. I am very skeptical about this - why would Mathauser / Koolstop have bothered to make two different shapes if that were the case? Opinions?

Greg "braking away" Parker Ann Arbor, Michigan

Hi to all CR menbers and customers,

Reference the Scott Mathauser "M" brake blocks that Greg is refering to,that I am offering for sale .

Greg should be fully aware that these will fit the Campagnolo Super/ Record shoes, as these are the very same brake blocks that he has purchased from me,which he offers for sale on his list.

If any CR list member would like a set of four for free, so they can try them.I will gladly send a set to the first 10 CR members [including free postage] who email me within the next couple of days.
