this looks real, as in - why can't there be another
"de rosa" in italy that makes bicycle frames? while
a coincidence, i can't see too much else to pick at.

As this is obviously not the handiwork of Ugo and family, I wrote the seller, asking for more details. His response was: "I never said this was made by Ugo De Rosa. I did claim it to be a De Rosa frame and this is why I even showed the name on the top tube."
