Yeah, so someone buys an International, has it assembled and adjusted, then puts it in a closet and leaves it there 30 years without riding it even once? If you believe that story, I have some prime swampland in Louisiana you might be interested in. Even if it were true, someone had some 70's Internationals and Pros NIB he was selling a while back for $1000 or $1100, half of the opening bid here.
