I hate to be suspicious but the seller's pics seem to avoid shots that would fully reveal the forks or down tube above the shift levers. From what little I can see, the fork looks like it could be bent back OK (But you never know whether steerer is involved until you mess with it) but if the down tube is dimpled, it's a serious problem................
