Chuck: I am just about done rebuilding an early 1970s Zeus "Suprema" bike in my size (60 c-c). I will try to get some pics. of it when it's completed. I'm not sure where to send you for Zeus info., but try Googling it and see what you get. Mine came to me as a bike that needed a lot of work, but it had a very nice repaint, rechrome, and re-decaling by CyclArt that is about ten years old. It is full-531 (I think, at least that's what the decals say, and I suspect Jim wouldn't decal it that way if it were otherwise). Seatpost size is 26.8, French threads everywhere (pedals and freewheel included). I'm setting it up "totalmente Zeus" with early-logo Criterium stuff, plus a 2000 6-speed freewheel, and Cinelli bar and stem. 22 pounds fully equipped. I have a Zeus "bible" (catalog 102 from January 1974) that I'm using as a reference, plus the bike still had a lot of it's original parts on it, so that helped. Regards, Greg Parker Dexter, Michigan

P.S. I need an NOS or mint Zeus seatpost binder bolt for this bike, if anyone has one available, please contact me. Also need a VG used (or better) Zeus 26.8 mm fluted Criterium post to replace the one I "borrowed" from my other Zeus bike....

Hi all,

I just picked up a mid 70s Zeus with complete Zeus componentry. Does anyone have any Zeus site or info other than the small blurb on CR?

Any info would be greatly appreciated,
