They came stock on my entry level Trek back in '78 or so. The rear was 126mm spaced, and the rear wheel would not stay true. Even a 20 mile ride would have the rim rubbing the brake blocks half way through the ride. I weighed about 190 pounds then, and had 28 mm tires on. I replaced it with a Super Champion 58 and had no further troubles.
So I would say the 1320 is definitely a light person's rim, 5 speed only in the rear.
