I have a pair of 13 - 19's. They were laced to Dura Ace small flange hubs with Torrington 14 /15 gauge butted spokes. The hub had an OLD of 120 MM. I used the schwinn 27 by 1/8 tire and there were just fine.

I putted the shot in high school and was 220 plus or minus lunch. I did touch them up upon reflection no more than MA 40's.

Nashbar marketed them with Wolber 3/4" tire. Never tempted as I like a lot of air.

> Before Rigida 13-20's they made 13-19's which failed due to thin sidewalls and brake pad wear causing them to fail. A friend had 50 pair. after finding out about above threw all away. So it is hard too know which rim is the one we are talking about. both were not great
