What I remember is that the 1319's didn't have quite
the right bead shape to hold folding tires
on--Michelin Elan, early SBI Turbo's, etc. The 1320
was the same box shape with a slightly different bead.
I think that when Specialized started including their
go/no go chart in the package with each Turbo was the
same time that the 1320 came to market.
