Subject: [CR]Sturmey-Archer box

Today I obtained two rather nice specimens for my Sturmey collection, on o/t item and one o/t. The o/t thing is a 1938 AB, first year of production, and 36 holes (Continental market), too, so it´s pretty rare I guess, but this is, as I said, o/t.

The other item is a nearly empty cardboard box which used to hold a Sturmey 3sp. gear of which there is now only some wrapping paper and some small periphery bits left. The box is green, the hub is nicely depicted in b/w. Can anyone roughly date it? Also the box contained a cone spanner which does not have the small, tell-tale encircled "SA" stamped on it. Would it have been part of the original complement or not, I wonder?

Thanks for any answers.
