I am asking for a friend of mine who has a Somec that takes top mount shifters. It has a special block that mounts on top of the downtube and then a pair of Campy or other shifters mount on to that. See this pic in CR http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Italy/Somec/somec_shifters.htm

Anyone know who made this piece or where to get one?
