Lucien and others, I would love to get a copy of this book. Icontacted editions.lu about getting it in the US, and asked about multiple copies. The response ingored the question about multiple copies (and being able to get reduced shipping cost). And the cost was 32 euro for shipping and 48 euro for the book, or 80 euro, or about 100 dollars, which really is high.
I for one would love to get a copy of this book (thanks for writing it)! Hopefully others in this group are interested and we can work something out.
I suspect that there are 1000 CR members that would like this book! So lets see where this goes, and I'll help out how ever I can.
