Subject: [CR]Why we shouldn't give Dale a big head

the wheeled contraption that led to bringing us all together to share,
discuss, and learn with pleasure and civility.
To which Bruce added:
Not forgetting the British guy (English actually but we'll gloss over that), Tim Berners-Lee, who invented the web and made this form of communication possible.
Actually, Dale's role in all of this is vastly over-rated. All he did was start the list. He would have been pretty lonely if 1,000 of us hadn't bothered to humour him...

Bruce:
At the risk of troll-feeding, I presume you're attempting humour here? Everyone knows that Al Gore invented the Web anyways! :-)

P.S.: Dennis, its "list-meister" Dale. (And "acheivement" for that matter). I'm surprised to see those kinds of language errors from an experienced, worldly fellow such as yourself.... ;-)
