I bought a Windsor Pro in 1973 for $365. The same shop was selling a Cinelli Supercorsa for $500. I didn't then see enough difference in quality then to pay the extra money for the Cinelli. I still don't, although in terms of collector value today, I'd have been better off to buy the Cinelli. But collector value and quality are two different things.

Virtually every construction detail and piece on the bike was identical to the Cinelli. The only differences appeared to be the quality of construction, chrome and paint. The Cinelli cost double, or nearly so and was probably worth it.
