Subject: [CR]CPSC question

Why do the lawyer lips on Front derailleurs and coated wheel guides seem to be only on the upper level components? I have uncoated Victory tire guides and a Victory front Derailleur that is flat that I am sure is later than the usually given CPSC rules dates. Perhaps Campy did not intend that they be marked in the U.S.? Sniff! Lugs may not be necessary for some people, but they darn sure are
for me!
