I'll butt in here. I don't know about the decals, but I do know that the use of that brake bridge indicates a very early Prestige. This is the oldest Prestige I've seen, I know that much. The later ones, by late 70s, were using a sculpted brake bridge engraved "Masi". So, the seatstay caps must have been in time line with the brake bridge. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL U.S.A.
