Subject: [CR]What marquee is the diamond found on?

As you can see by the title of this post, I am in "Frame Identification 101."

I have two questions:

Who are the builders who ORIGINALLY used the spade shape cut out in their frames -- be it in the lugs or on in the BB shell. I think Eisentraut may have, but there must have been some major marquees before him in Europe who used it.

We know clubs is Colnago and hearts De Rosa.

But what about diamonds? Please do not reply "Diamond Back"..................................... Also, what about the diamonds that have facets (five edges) like Superman's ring? Were those ever used by any builder?
