I posted this link last Monday in an attempt to get some help concerning when these NISI rims were manufactured.

I've not seen the raised badge before, only decals. Would I be correct in assuming these are of later manufacture and not appropriate for an early '60s restoration (Bianchi or Frejus)? TIA (I hope).
