Now here's one you don't see everyday .

Could someone please explain which model this is ?

A Raleigh ( with the bold print downtube decal , not the earlier cursive script ) - built with Campagnolo vertical dropouts ??

The auction closes VERY soon . Sorry about that . I just saw it myself .

And a warning - the description on the auction page will make you wince , from the mistakes it contains . But , it's a very interesting frame-set !
