#1 1974 Raleigh Professional, 24.5, mink/blue(tbd), lovingly being restored to 100% original, estimated completion date is 2006. Almost the worst looking bike I've ever seen. With Suntour barcons (ok, they aren't original.) It's a HOOT to ride this bike.
#2 1974 Raleigh International, 23.5, chartreuse, lovingly being restored to 100% original, estimated completion date mid-2004. Came with 1 pound of rust, you could almost see through the front fork. Will have Suntour barcons, and all date-matched parts, and AVA tubulars.
#3 1974 Raleigh International, 23.5, copper, lovingly being restored to 100% original, estimated completion date mid-2004. With Suntour barcons, and all date-matched parts, and AVA tubulars.
#4 1974 Raleigh International, 23.5, copper, lovingly being restored by me, estimated completion date mid-2004. Bike will probably be an 21-speed with original parts except campy chorus cranks & derailleurs.
#5 1974 Schwinn Paramount P-15, 25", silver mist, I need a 14-31 freewheel to make this 100% original. This one I've owned since 1980, and although it's exquisitely clean, it rides like a tank. After the January vintage ride, I impressed everyone with my 6 pound wheels (campy high flange and 630g araya rims, 400g tires.) I just got some vintage super champion gentleman rims today for new light 27" wheels.
#6 ALAN Competition, anodized golden, tricked out with superlight parts and titanium zeus, campy triomphe & record, cinelli old-logo bars & old 1-A stem, soon to be an 18 pound 18-speed (one speed per pound).
All my other bikes don't matter because they weren't made in 1974 *snicker*.
