Moser also made several frames, during the early 90's I believe, that used internal-expander seatposts. These steel frames were filet brazed with nice, smooth joints, interesting colors and chrome highlights. They also had a bit of an extended seat tube and, I believe, were reinforced where the post engaged. I don't remember the model. I had one, now in the care and custody of my brother-in-law in Chicago. This one has a Campy seatpost, but I don't know that it wasn't an aftermarket conversion. I guess I could bug my B-I-L for more details, since I don't remember the seatpost diameter or type.
