I never had any problems with shipping frames and complete bikes to USA/Canada/Japan with the box size 120X60X60.
Today I have send a Gitane racing frame with size 62 to USA.
The reason is, You must disassemble the bike. I have send a complete Bianchi Super record time trial bike with disc wheels To Japan in a box with this size. Delivery time was only 7 days. It is a little difficult to pack this parcel safe, but since today I have no Transportation damage.
One word for the delivery times : Germany to Japan/Australia is delivered in 3 to 8 days. Germany to USA 12 days to 120 days. 9/11 problems are already up to date. So please, if You are waiting for a parcel from Germany, we have very long delivery times.
