Re: Tony Rominger setting the world hour record on a Oval CX bike (as mentioned below). The ebay lister is mistaken. Rominger's record was set in 1994, and in an interview in http://www.cyclingnews.com with Ernesto Colnago, Colnago says: "When Rominger broke the world hour record, I wanted to create a bike that could be used to break this record. So we developed the design and the moulds to make this monocoque bike that would be very aerodynamic and in the end, it became a capolavoro (masterpiece).". Pictured is a carbon bike.
