Correct, but an Uncle of the Mass Manufacturer also named De Rossa still makes bikes by hand and lives outside Naples. His bike symbol is a bike wheel, Not whatever the mass manufacturer has as a symbol. So technically this is not a De Rossa but it is a De Rossa made by Uncle ?? "
