[CR]Dale Saso framebuilder info. requested

I recently acquired an early '80s (I think - 123 mm rear spacing??) Dale Saso 531 frameset. See a few pics here: http://ebay.com/<blah> Can anyone tell me anything about Dale and /or his frames? The lugs look like pressed-steel, BB and fork crown are Cinelli IC, Suntour rear vertical dropouts, very short chainstays.
