As mentioned earlier, I will be hosting a CR ride this Sunday in South Jersey, leaving from my home in Moorestown, NJ. The weather forecasts point to Sunday being the best day of the whole week for riding!
I have RSVPs from Giantindaro (yes the omnipotent one!), Jamie, Paul, Mike and Greg from the NYC area; Ray, Dave, Angel, John and Mike from NJ, Charlie, Roy and few from Via Bicycles in Pennsylvania, plus a few of my neighbors which should mean we will have a nice group. It would be nice to see a few more Philadelphians (Mary?), Delawarians and Northern Marylanders (Havre de Grace is about an hour away!).
I expect most will arrive between 9-9.30 AM, so that we can be on the road at 10.00 AM. The ride will be just over 30 miles and will offer a number of options for those wishing to ride further or cut it shorter. There are no major hills so it is eminently well-suited to a fixed gear.
If anybody wants to bring along non-cycling family members, there is a "pick your own" blackberry farm along the ride route.
