Let's get this straight.

Excel was a U.S. company and primarily a maker of parts such as reflectors for mass market bicycles. Excel got the bright idea to import and distribute the products manufactured by Rino in Italy.

I'm quite sure BPP was not involved with Rino as they were with Galli and OMAS. (I was a sales rep for BPP during the time Rino components were imported).

The quality of Rino was not so high, perhaps about like Zeus, and Excel never really suceeded with their marketing efforts.
