Morgan did you see the post from the archives by C. Andrews from 2002 which has this "tip" by Jim Cunningham: " One tip, relayed to me by Jim Cunningham: frames with the headbadge that indicates *28 Victories* are probably legit...badges that indicate 29 or more victories (world championship or olympic victories I believe--probably all on track frames..someone clarify this for me), are questionable in terms of who built them, or who supervised their building...I can't remember now but something like *32 Victories* was the highest listed, after that, the headbadge graphic was changed."
